Request deletion in the app
The fastest and safest way to submit your request is directly from your authenticated Bambie account.
- Open the Bambie application on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Your Profile > Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account, review the information and confirm your request.

Data associated with your account
When your account deletion is completed, the following categories of data are removed from our active systems:
👤Personal informationRegistration details such as your name, email address and contact information.
⚙App activityUsage information, preferences and activity generated while using Bambie.
📷Your contentUser-generated content associated with your Bambie profile.

Limited data retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements or resolve disputes. This may include transaction records or security logs.
Important
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Before confirming, make sure you understand that you may lose access to your profile, content and account history.
